INTENTIONAL CREATIVITY (R)
Intentional Creativity Philosophy
My philosophy on Intentional Creativity® is that every being is creative and has the innate power to heal their old stories through self-expression. We were born this way. Intentional Creativity is an approach to living in constant awareness of what you are here to cause and create. This conscious choosing along with focused intention, inquiry, imagination, and in-sight helps us gain access to that which is already inside.
When we align both the left and right brain with heart wisdom we can bring form to that which we do not have language for into the physical realm.
What I love most about Intentional Creativity is that my creative journey began with the desire to express love to family members by creating handcrafted gift years before I would discover Intentional Creativity. So, in essence I was already on the path of creating with love, and through my studies of IC I learned that though creating with conscious intention only then would I gain access to the true magic of transformation. My intention was always to infuse my creations with my energy and love. As it becomes infused, it takes a charge and becomes a resonator. This charge of energy is returned back to us, based on what we put into it. This is reciprocity at the quantum level.
This approach to making our art can be applied to any medium, theme or modality for healing. It is not a mystery why human beings prefer something made with thoughtfulness from the maker of an object. Everything we make and bring into form has a level of intention. Our work specifically, is to make this approach conscious by bringing awareness to what we are doing. When we practice this in our creative expressions as well as in doing the mundane tasks in our everyday lives, we curate consciousness and alchemize ourselves and the framework of how we are in the world.
Working with this level of awareness can cause awakening at an exponential level, as well as catalyze healing that moves stuck energy and trauma that resides in our bodies.
If we choose to, we can also send this same feeling energy out to others, and yes, it travels there instantly. This is quantum connection. Even after we are done with what we make, years later it can still carry the ‘charge’ from our intention in the molecules. This is measurable science, intention in action. And we hope, love in motion.
Color of Woman Muses
You Hold The Key To Your Hearts Desires
I visited her in the land beyond the veil, where the air is sweet with honey and the sound of dragonflies. Here we sat feasting on tea and empanadas my muse and I. She is always happy to see me. With my inside eyes I gazed upon her loving face and asked three time, “What is is you want me to know about what is mine to do?” She smiled and responded….”You have the key to your hearts desire.”
Painted at midnight during a full moon. She revealed to me that I will never be lost, for I am part of the universe. We are one, both made of stardust and matter and my cosmic address is coded in my DNA. My consciousness is the portal to the cosmic and quantum space that is both within and without. She is the keeper of my constellation.
When I hunger for insight to bring form to my thoughts
You feed me.
When I hunger for language to express my content,
You feed me
When I’m craving connection because I need to be witnessed
You feed me
When I need medicine So I can heal my old stories
You feed me
You nourish my heart and sustain my soul
I reciprocate simply by setting the alter
for my feast
With paint and holy water, chocolate and tea….And as always Red Thread.
She Sees With Her Heart
She Cries For Equality and Justice
This started as a prayer in response to witnessing George Floyd’s dying moments. As I witnessed that unforgettable moment, my soul tightened within my body and a feeling I had never experienced before came over me. It was a call to action! So, I did what I have come to trust and know…I brought it to easel. I stood in front of my substrate and committed my fear, anger, disbelief, and prayers for humanity as my intention. I wiped my tears with my hands, then blessed the paper with my tear-filled hands. As I prayed for reconciliation. as I saw the faces of my beloved, my children, my grandchildren, my brother, my ancestor and even my own with my heart’s eye. This piece of paper had now become my altar.
I followed my brush not knowing or caring what showed up, but just needing to move this energy that was burning inside me. As I added dots in prayer for the violence to end, for peace, for healing, for understanding, for justice and for our future generations, I felt the shift. I became aware that this was an awakening. I became aware of my identity, of who lives here! Not from a perspective of ethnicity as a Latina woman of color but from a framework of a Black woman of Latin descent.
I wear roses in my hair from my garden of possibilities. I am beautiful, loving, and strong. I recall the moment I entered the cosmos adding my vibration to the expanse and claiming my place in this matrix. I tugged at the thread claiming what was mine. From that spark of conscious awareness…I whispered my name into my mother’s ear “Milagro”, because I am a Miracle! My totem, the dragonfly flitters past just stopping long enough on a flower for me to witness my own transformation. Now that have claimed my cosmic address, I can begin my sacred soul work and visit any time to create bouquets of healing for myself and my beloveds
She Follows the Brush to the Future
Until she finds that which she knows, feels, and loves….
Flow and Structure, Structure and Flow.
Ask of your heart, what it already knows.
Right brain brings me your ideas, and desires
Left brain the plans for what ignites your soul fire.
This wonderful dance is only the start.
It only requires you feel with your heart.
What are you working with, what’s got you lit?
What does it look like? let’s doodle a bit.
Now for the what? where? why? and what is its form?
How? and what else? Come let us Heartstorm.
If you see it, it will come in that you can trust.
Your future is certain just follow the brush.

She Who Interprets My Soul Language
I am the keeper of your words and it is my sultry voice that your beloveds hear when you show up and let me shine! It doesn’t matter who believes us, if we stay authentic and live out of love and passion for our calling. The unseen will be seen by those who are seeking it.
Trust your brush to bring form to our deepest desires, so that you can become a torchbeare
She Rides the Winds of Hope
Kundalini the Alchemist
I am the keeper of that which burns inside of you. In the sacred heartspace that you had not visited, until now. It is because of your constant hunger to know what you were here to cause and create that I have tended these flames so vigilantly and lovingly. Often, you would chase these sparks like fireflies in the night, hoping that you can create the life that you envisioned for yourself and those you loved…but how could you if you did not know how to access your own inner landscape and source? Or so you thought! Now that you are healed enough to know what you know and have journeyed here to my domain on the Alchemical Compass, I can tell you that I would never let your Chispa Sagrada, your Soulfire go out. m the keeper of that which burns inside of you.
